A community of educators, garden leaders, and food systems partners growing meaningful food and agriculture education across Washington.
What is SAGE?
SAGE (School Agriculture & Garden Education) is a community of practice within the Washington State Farm to School Network that connects educators, school garden coordinators, nonprofit partners, and community leaders working to advance food, garden, and agriculture education across Washington.
SAGE creates space for relationship-building, resource sharing, collaboration, and collective learning to support meaningful, place-based food systems education for all students. Through regular gatherings and shared projects, members strengthen connections between classrooms, cafeterias, gardens, farms, and communities.
